How to get the correct size for your T Shirts and other garments
Most
sizing measurements these days are based on a measurement
( half chest size ) see example below

We all have a t shirt we know fits us well, so why not use that as your guide.
To ensure you have the correct size for you, get your own shirt, lay if flat on a table and measure across the chest just under the arm pits.
This will give you your size in half chest measurement.

Choose the closest size up from your measurement as it is always better to have a shirt slightly larger than too small.
You may also use a tape measure to measure your chest measurement the traditional way.
Your size will be half this in half chest.
Lengths given are from the top of the shoulder next to the collar to the bottom of the shirt
Please note that while all effort is made in the manufacturing process to get these measurements as close as possible, garments do traditionally vary slightly in size, thus the sizes given are not expected to be exac
